Dentvisor Changes:

IMPORTANT - whenever you see a message that downloads have occurred for Dentvisor, you need to recreate your Excel output for these upgrades to take effect! This is done by starting either version of Dentvisor, selecting a patient visit, and 'generate visit report' on the lower left.  Changes GENERALLY involve the excel output or the powerpoint creation.  We've designed Dentvisor to behave like your antivirus software, ie upgrades occur without your intervention in order to ensure you have the latest version available.

January 7,2007

- ALL photos are now also placed at end of both "Patient" and "Diagnostic Opinion"  powerpoints in order to facilitate reviewing photos, and radiographs.  If photos are NOT included, that slide is hidden so blank slides aren't seen during your presentation.

- SENDING CODES at the end of the evaluation period has now been made EASY, assuming your email program is working on the computer containing Dentvisor.  A new button labeled 'SEND Codes' has been added to the screen and simply clicking this button will start your email program and send me the necessary information I need to unlock Dentvisor after your 30 day evaluation.

Note that "FULL" and "LITE" have different codes listed in the RED boxes! So you need to start both versions and "Send Codes" for both.

January 6,2007 - Powerpoint picture integration changed to AUTOMATICALLY REVERSE PICTURES taken in a mirror to coincide with radiographs, and pictures of models (occlusal and lateral photos).  There has also been an addition of a "Dentvisor Toolbar" in Powerpoint where the user can easily flip patient pictures horizontally or vertically.

December 2006 - The powerpoint creation module has been modified to make it easier to choose whether to create a patient-oriented powerpoint, or the "Diagnostic Opinion" powerpoint, which is geared for presenting your case to your colleagues.

November 2006 - The powerpoint creation module has been changed allow EASY importing of JPG's, GIF's, or BMP's into your powerpoint presentations!  This allows you to add intraoral and extraoral photos, digitized radiographs etc.

August 2006 - A summary graphic of RISK FACTORS has been added to the bottom of the "Diagnostic Opinion."
